Sky
Left stranded in a lonesome high,
shadows burning on my mind.
Dark hourglass birds above,
rocks floating beneath the sky.
Want to be afraid to fear,
unfold from being a man.
Slowness creeps over my life,
a fair hand running thru my skin.
Mazes thru which corpses wade,
like naked buds scared to blossom.
Lie in spaces in my eyes,
just a tear, i'll sing her a song.
shadows burning on my mind.
Dark hourglass birds above,
rocks floating beneath the sky.
Want to be afraid to fear,
unfold from being a man.
Slowness creeps over my life,
a fair hand running thru my skin.
Mazes thru which corpses wade,
like naked buds scared to blossom.
Lie in spaces in my eyes,
just a tear, i'll sing her a song.
